For bizSAFE Level 3:

• Conduct a baseline risk assessment (RA) based on your company’s operations
• Guide your team through the Risk Management (RM) implementation process
• Provide and review risk assessment templates and documents
• Prepare your team for the audit by a MOM-approved WSH auditor
• Ensure alignment with WSH Act and bizSAFE requirements
• Coordinate with WSH auditor to ensure audit success

For bizSAFE STAR:

• Assist in the development and implementation of a full SS ISO 45001 or equivalent safety management system
• Conduct a gap analysis against the ISO 45001 standard
• Prepare mandatory documentation such as WSH policies, legal registers, emergency response plans, etc.
• Facilitate internal audits and management review prior to external certification
• Coordinate with the third-party certification body to ensure smooth audit and bizSAFE STAR recognition
